In December 2000, accepted the position of President and in April 2001, appointed Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer. Selected key customers include Qwest
(R-BOC), Bell Canada and Manitoba Telecom, other major
independent local exchange carriers, and independent telephone
companies. Currently command about 70% of the worldwide
video over DSL market.

Raised $178 million in new funds, reduced the cash flow burn
from operations from a negative $152 million (2001) to $33.8
million (2002)…operating the previous three quarter at less than
$5 million per quarter.

In 1999 the Motorola Board of Directors approved the spin out of
the Network Management Group (renamed Propel)
